Ursprungsort des Shar Peis
Seit Hunderten von Jahren existiert der Traditionelle Chinesische Shar Pei in den an das südchinesische Meer angrenzenden Provinzen.
Diese Rasse hat ihren Ursprung in Dialack, einem Gebiet nahe Guangzhou (Kanton) und sehr verbreitet war sie in der Stadt Dah Let in der Provinz Kwuntung.
Die Spur der Rasse läßt sich anhand von Funden und Abbildungen bis in die Han-Dynastie (206 v.Ch. – 220 n.Chr.) zurückverfolgen.
In den letzten zwei Jahrhunderten hat die Stadt viele Änderungen durchlaufen, die heutige amtliche Adresse lautet :
Dali, Nanhai Bezirk, Foshan Stadt, Guangdong Provinz, Volksrepublik China.
Place of origin of the Shar Pei
The Traditional Chinese Shar Pei exists since hundreds of years in the provinces bordering the South China Sea.
This breed has its origin in Dialack, an area near Guangzhou (Canton) and was very common in the city of the province of Dah Let Kwuntung.
The trace of this breed can be backtracked up to the Han Dynasty (206 BC - 220 AD).
Over the last two centuries, the city has passed through many changes, the official address is today:
